Massachusetts 2-1-1Resource House in Massachusetts has made life easier for 22 United Ways. They're all members of The Council of Massachusetts United Ways, which serves every community in the Commonwealth. MASS 2-1-1 is the state's primary telephone information resource center during times of emergency. You’ll find an ALERT system on their Resource House public website, an Official Emergency Information link for up-to-date information on housing, food, transportation, and other emergency services.
Mass 2-1-1 uses web Referral in their I&R center, and can attest to the dependability of the program to handle their call volume.
