Tennessee 2-1-1Tennessee 2-1-1 began building its database in 2003; its Website went live in 2004. The organization's primary concerns centered around standardizing the AIRS taxonomy and being able to report needs by Zip code.
The Middle Tennessee 2-1-1 collaborative includes Crisis Center, First Call for Help, The Family Center, United Way of Metropolitan Nashville and the Memphis Public Library. Its database includes information on 22 Tennessee counties, and will soon expand to cover the entire state, including several counties in Mississippi and Arkansas.

"What's been the most satisfying part of the system? Quick response from the North Light team when changes are needed.
Reporting is robust, fields are customizable, programming changes are reasonable in cost and time."
